Why aren't more people on board with this idea. I think it is a good one. I think that if we impeach Bush it will take a long time but I think it will throw a message out there to the elected officials that we the people are serious. We are the ones who may have put them in office and we can take them out just the same when they take advantage of us.

What do you think?

Two reasons for impeachment:
1. Abuse of power.
2. Violation of public trust.

Why Bush? Vermont is on the far left so of course they would want Bush, but why do you want to start with him there are other politicians who have done things far more serious than Bush we the people should impeach any politician who hasn't kept his/her promises once they were elected and this is a majority of them but not all. It is after all our right isn't it?

Actually there are several reasons for impeachment and you can take an active part in this process. Take a look at this web site and the evidence page in particular:

I wish you were right... but we are slow learner.. Bush should have been impeached the second we knew he lied about WMD.. but our wishy washy reps in Congress are afraid.

I guess it is time we all came to the realization that America is no longer a democracy or republic.. but a dictatorship.. and it doesn't seem to matter what party is in power. no one cares about the vote of the people anymore.

1. He has had the full support of Congress until the recent elections.

2. Do you really believe the liberal media hype?

I'm posting you a link so you can do some research into what Impeachment actually is. Since the President has not committed any crimes, he cannot be impeached.

And, this is from a state that elected Howard Dean as Governor. Enough said.

Because states cannot impeach presidents, all they did was waste the people of Vermonts time and money when they should be solving state problems.

Having something to actually impeach him for would probably be a good first step.

Not liking him doesn't really count.
