Screaming brats and parents who are more interested in their strawberry daiquiri than controlling the kids from running up and down and all over and under tables, and somehow I'M supposed to be the non-paid babysitter. And then the parents get ticked off that I had to bring the rugrat back to the table. (I love kids too, just not those kind of kids)
Just because you don't look like a movie star you get less than stellar service. Having to wait 45 minutes for a drink and then dinner's over and they still charge you for the drink. Not dropping off the bill when they've cleared your plates and you've already said you don't want dessert or coffee. People who yell loudly into their cellphones instead of politley excusing themselves outdoors or to an empty area. People who stare while you're eating and talking and maybe laughing a bit, like I've just ruined their whole dinner.
And when it's impossible to get the server to come back to the table for more of something.

I hate it when I go to a restaurant, and the server is really good at first, then you don't see her for the rest of the meal. When kids run around everywhere. I really hate it when people around you complain about having to wait on a waiting list for like 10 minutes. WHY DO YOU GO TO A RESTAURANT ON A SATURDAY NIGHT, IF YOU'RE NOT WILLING TO WAIT!!!???!!! When I run out of my drink and no one bothers to refill it. When you get to the restaurant first, and the couple besides you gets their food first. When every one complains. When you're scared to complain about the food because they mind spit in the food. I also really hate it when things are so over priced, and when the food comes out it's completely different then how it was described on the menu. Don't get me wrong, I give propts to waiters! After all I was one for 4 years! But I'm so glad I'm not any more!!!

People let their kids run around like crazy, peek over the booth at you while you're eating. People who talk on their cellphones during meals, or who talk so loudly that their conversation isn't limited to the people sitting at their own table with them. People who talk down to any of the waiters and waitresses who are doing such a hard often-thankless job.

Yeah, little kids are running around or staring over the chair at you and you try to be nice and say hi and do a quick wave in other words, "okay turn your butt around now so I can eat in peace" but they don't and their parents don't do squat and just carry on as if nothing is happening...."geez are you gonna grab something off my plate now you little brat? Turn your snotty nose chicken grease stained face around", lol!
Dont get me wrong I love kids, just cant stand when they are not controlled.

... if I am in a nice sit down place and the people around me insist on leaving their cell phones on and talking loudly. I understand that some people need constant access to the phone, but why ruin other peoples experience around you by going on about your boring life to your BFF? Tell them you will call back later!
