you can replace them all but if i were you i would replace the coils as they go out. the plugs is up the air can replace them if you want to now or you can replace them in 15,000 miles. depending on the coil type the boot might be made on to the coils, if not i would recommend replacing the boots at the same time as the spark plugs

Mechanically I cannot see any reason to replace the coils. They are not really a maintence item. As far as the boots go, are they leaking spark, or do they look weathered to the point that they may start?

If the boots are no longer insulating or look like they are cracking or might soon crack or otherwise stop performing their duty (insulate the ignition path) then I would look into new wires/boots. Otherwise, roll on.

They are trying to pick up a few extra bucks on this repair. If you have 85K, then it is about time to replace the plugs, but I wouldn't replace the other coils, just because one went bad.
The boots, who knows, you would have to take a look and see if they are damaged or have gotten hard with the heat. I wouldn't change them, if they aren't damaged.

If you have a circuit breaker go bad, do you replace all of them or just the one that went bad?

It's your call, if you want to do it, then do it, if you don't, then don't.
