Do you think her Supervisor should get 2/5 of the tip?

Steve Wynn came up with a tip pool that included the Dealer's Supervisors. each Supervisor get's 2/5 of the Dealer tips and each Boxman gets 1/5. I was recently seperated from Wynn Las Vegas and here is my story

So it ok for the Dealer's Supervisors to get the tips too?

I don't think supervisors should be included in any tip sharing. However I believe that tip sharing is common in certain areas and is divided by the employees on shift, not by the day.

My uncle was a box-man for many years and they shared their tips. His position was eliminated along with 8 others a couple of years ago. He received 1 year of severance pay.

Don't think that helps you any. Good luck on another job.

I don't even like dealers splitting tips among each other. I like to tip my favorite dealer. I don't want the lousy ones to get a share of it. That really sucks to add the supervisors. Don't they get paid more than dealers?

Why should the supervisor get ANY of the tip? They're not the ones out there working their butts off!

Yeah because I will tell you it is a couple of dealers that I can clean up on the rest are like burglars with cards man. I think who ever I tip should get the money.

That pretty shitty.
If supervisors want more money, they should be the one who deal the cards instead of watching and doing really nothing else.

I don't think it's allowed. No, you don't tip the pit boss and the dealers split the tips.
