It cost the guy from Girls Gone Wild (Joe Francis) $1 mil. to rent out six flags for a day..

I'm sure there's a cost, but that's not something you're going to find published anywhere. Theme parks aren't generally keen on being rented for private functions for an entire day. You'd be much more likely to get them to rent out the park to you for a NIGHT instead, like from 8pm to 2am or something like that.
I haven't had any experience working with Six Flags, but I used to work for Disney Conventions and Special Events, and we did that sort of thing all the time, from a small part of the park (like three attractions in Tomorrowland) to an entire attraction like DisneyQuest.

Six Flags Magic Mountain would cost a substantial amount of money to rent. You would have to be a millionaire, or with a very large (and profitable) company to do such a thing. There is a sweepstakes to "win" a Six Flags park for a night for you and 100 of your friends though.

it depends
do you want the enitre park to have? in the millions.
do just want a birthday party and mayby rent out resturant , ride and a show. that might be a 100 grand then
or do you want all rides open, shows and resturants and have be a normal operating day then? that would be in the millions.
or do you want just rides only, no resturants no shows? probably 500 grand
it depends on want you want exatly the more things you have open it will cost more
