Look for "best of" collections from these artists: Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra, Peggy Lee, Doris Day, Tony Bennett, Ella Fitzgerald, Bobby Darin, or Patti Page.

Bob Marley - Exodus
Frank Sinatra - Reprise
Morrisey - the Best Of
Waterboys - Fisherman's Blues
Marvin Gaye - What's Happening Brother
Some newer stuff that I love

You didn't say what type of music you like. I my self love country, hard rock, big band, and soft music. So I will give you one from each catagory and see what you think. I love Patsy Cline - I Fall to Pieces; for Big Band the Chattanuga Choo-Choo is good; and for soft music I like Barry Mantilow. Like they say to each his own - but give them a listen to and decide if you like them yourself. Sorry, I can't think of any hard rock right this second.

Thatʻs so hard! If you like rock, start at the roots of rock with Chuck Berry and B.B. King, and go from there. If you like rap/hip-hop, go from the traditional roots- reggae and beat. Too many songs to choose from!
