use the "tingle" tanning lotions made for tanning bed use...nothing else will get u darker, faster!!! but make sure u have a bit of a base tan first, or u will FRY, i promise u!!! they work so much better than anything else out there!!!

wait for a good sunny day and put on a quality suntan lotion, the ones they sell at tanning parlor. they work the best, because it will take 1 hour to get tanned
