I think you what you are seeing are not ghosts, but annoying co-workers that are trying to appear busy...you cannot get rid of them permanently, as they will manifest in many forms. They will disappear at 4pm and re-materialize again tomorrow around 11am, just in time for their 2-hour lunch.

So what. I have three ghosts that follow me EVERYWHERE. But, I don't mind, it's actually kind of cool.

do you talk to they? do they answer? are you complaining or enjoying it? do they interfere? you do know you have power over them, that you are stronger and safe?
