As a disabled hairstylist, I've had a lot of questions on this subject while I was practising my trade.
First, I don't reccommend dying your eyebrows. The chemicals in the dye are bad for the sensitive areas of the face, especially around the eye area.

If you still want to dye your eyebrows, go to Sallys Beauty Supply Shop near your area, and ask if they have a milder dye that specializes in facial hair dyes. Just be VERY careful applying it to your brow.
You could look for a salon that has eyebrow dying in their list of jobs. I would seriously advise you to seek professional help on this.
The other problem I see is, even whenyou do dye them, you have to keep it up every two weeks, since the eyebrows fall out faster and replenish theirselves faster than the hair on your head.

I hope this helps you out, Hon.

Wash your eyebrows with one of the following rinses. Pour the selected rinse through your eyebrows 15 times, re-rinsing with the same liquid. On the final rinse, wring hair, and leave for 15 minutes before rinsing with clear water. Blonde: Mix 1 tablespoon lemon juice in 1 gallon warm water. Blonde Highlights Ingredients: * 1 cup lemon juice * 3 cups chamomile tea (brewed, & cooled) Directions: Mix ingredients, pour over damp eyebrow then let sit for an hour while you sit in the sun, wash out. Follow with a good conditioner. NOTE: This process must be repeated daily for a few weeks before you notice any changes.

Heres an old home remedy to help you out. LEMON juice. I'm not kidding. It can be used from anything to you skin to your hair. The acid lightens. Get a que tip and tab in some lemon, then on your brows leave on all day. Keep putting it on till you get the color result you want. Hope this was helpful :)

Don't take chances go to a professional expert. Remember a little mistake can hurt/burn your eyes. Not worth the risk.
