cos(90°-x) = sin(x)
sin(x+45°) = cos(90°-[x+45°]) = cos(45°-x)

So they're the same.

Cos(45°-x) = 0.9659

As x + 45 deg and 45 - x deg add up to 90 deg, cos(45 - x)= sin(x + 45) = 0.9659.

cos(45-x) = sin(90 -(45 - x)) = sin(x = 45) = 0.9659

cos(90- theta )= sin theta
substitute theta=45+x then , 90 - theta=90-45-x=45-x,
therefore cos(45-x)=cos{90-(45+x)}=sin (45+x)=0.9659

It's the same thing because cos(90-x) = sin(x)
So sin(x+45) = cos(90-x-45) = cos(45-x)

sin (x + 45)
= sin x cos 45 + cos x sin 45
= (sin x)(sqrt 2 / 2) + (cos x)(sqrt 2/2)
= (sqrt 2 / 2)(sin x + cos x)

cos (45 - x)
= cos 45 cos x + sin 45 sin x
= (sqrt 2 / 2)(cos x) + (sqrt 2 / 2)(sin x)
= (sqrt 2 / 2)(cos x + sin x)

So...

sin (x + 45) = cos (45 - x) = 0.9659
