The only place I know of is the Pho Hoa near Uwajimaya, and at lunch time it's impossible to get a seat in there. Is there any good place I can go too around lunch time (11-1 roughly) in Bellevue (Or Redmond) for good Pho that isn't completely slammed all the time?

(Not looking for take out)

"What the Pho?" is probably pretty busy because it's in the heart of downtown Bellevue on NE 8th and about 106th.

There's always "I Love Pho" in Factoria. I heard it's pretty good. Here is the address:
3900 Factoria Blvd. SE, Suite C
Bellevue, WA 98006
Tel: 425-401-6400

or....I've gone to a place for Pho in Loehmann's plaza in the Factoria area. I can't figure out the name, but it's in the same parking lot as QFC and Applebee's. If you go here, I'd try for closer to 11. Around 12 the parking lot is insane!
