It could mean lots of things, including those you listed. Maybe you aren't learning as fast as they want or you take too many bathroom breaks or whatever. I would ask them for specific feedback so that you can avoid them with your next employer.

I'm wondering why you didn't ask these questions when your employer told you this?
Is this a job really worth keeping and fighting for? If not, look for work elsewhere immediately. If it is worth staying, please keep reading!
I would schedule an appointment with your employer for a sit down discussion. I would state that you would like to clarify why this was told to you and exactly why you are not working out. I would ask them to describe in detail what you are doing wrong and to also have them put the reasons in writing for you. This way, there is physical proof of what is being told to you. I would state that you have only been there a month and that it takes most employees in ANY business 3-6 months to truly become comfortable in a new job. There are many nuances to any job that takes time to learn and you cannot possibly know within 1 month. State to this employer that you really want to turn things around and be one of the best employees that he/she has ever had and that you are willing to work extremely hard to get there. Then, make sure you follow up and do it.
Do not be intimidated and good luck!

Some employers are hard to work for. they expect more than you think you are giving. So don't take it to heart, someone else will appreciate you! Or, sometimes it's other employees that brown-noses the boss by running to them telling everything they see. These are usually the ones that do the least work and the boss likes anyway.

It mean that you not meeting there requirement as they expected and you need to work hard to keep ur job or ur at a risk of losing it. He is giving u a waring that either u meet there expectation or ur out of job. Do this when you have 15 minute of free time sit and think what ur doing and what can u do better.

I've been told that before.
Basically, you are not working for them. Maybe you are offering more than what the position requires, or you are not doing what they require.
In my case, I became freinds with the manager and we fought about 'something', that I believe led to me not being employed there anymore. Which is **** because you can't fire someone on personal business outside of work. However, in las Vegas, NV, you can fire someone for ANYTHING!
Good Luck!! & I'm sorry for your loss. You are prob better off anyway!!

It could be any number of things. You might not be a good fit for the job, or the job is changing. It could be a personal issue.

To me that would basically mean that they could not find a better excuse. They probably found some one that belive to be more qualified. Don't take it to heart. Get out there and find something better.

It means you're fired. I would guess it is a combination of the things you stated above.

It means they will terminate you sooner or later. You may not be doing what they wanted.
