Why do frogs have that bit under their neck?

you know the bit under a frog's neck that bulges and stretches...? why is it there?

They don't have lovely singing voices, so they fill those airsacs and croak for a mate instead. It is a HUGE echo chamber.

It's to show off when mating. It stretches to attract a mate.
