Cervical Spondylosis is a pain in the neck, I know. 35 is not young to have the condition I was diagnosed at 29! Keep a positive attitude, sort out a healthy diet and take advise from a physiotherapist about exercises, very important to keep the neck movement, otherwise you will not be able to 'reverse the car'. Hot packs can relieve the pain along with massages, but make sure the person giving the massage is qualified. Unfortunately, Osteoporosis is caused by lack of calcium and Vit D in teenage years, just hope you had enough calcium growing up and Osteoarthritis will come to us all, wear and tear of aging.
