When I was little, probably in the 70's, there's a movie that really stands out to me. For the life of me I can't remember what it was. I remember these Hillbilly folks, I was little so they reminded me a bit of the Beverly Hillbillies. They murdedered some guy at, or took him to, a construction site. The part that really stood out, was they put him in cement at this site, I believe it was on a newly cemented sidewalk. Part of his foot was still sticking out of the cement, so they just chopped it off to make it even. Any ideas?

It was sort of like this wierd mountain family coming down to the city. For what reason, I can't remember.

...um, you might just be referring to a rarely seen little horror ditty entitled "Homebodies", released by Cimena Entertainment in 1974. It featured a cast of veteran character actors, portraying residents of several decrepit & broken-down homes, all threatened with demolition, in favor of the construction of high-rise apartments.
In the film there is a macabre scene where the retirees have banded together to stop the contractors and demolitionists; they catch one of the nefarious business contractors, who is trying to boot them out of their homes, tie him up, and place him in a fresh foundation of cement. To the retirees' horror, they discover that their victim's foot is sticking out of the bottom of the fresh foundation. In an act of despiration, they...well, they...uh...they chop his foot off!!!
The film DID see a release on VHS tape (I have one, myself), but unfortunately has yet to see release vis DVD; we can only hope, in the near future.....

It's not Deliverance, that is for sure. Deliverance was the Burt Reynolds movie with the guys on the rafting trip and the ugly inbred kid with the banjo. In Deliverance Burt Reynolds shoots a hillbilly who is raping one of his buddies. I'm not sure what movie you are looking for though.

I have no idea what movie you're talking about. But, if you wish to see another hillbilly movie, try Motel Hell. It's crazy. It might be the one you're refering to, but I doubt it. They bury people, but it's not in cement, it's in their garden.
