She is one of a set of twins. Her sister's feet have a normal color. They have always been like this, since they were born. They were born at 38 weeks, by induction. The twin with the cyanotic feet was the second born, larger than her sister, and born via ceserian; where as the smaller twin was born first, and vaginal.

I would ask your Dr about this at your next apt. There is a condition (I don't remember the name) where some kids just have a tendancy of getting cold feet and hands faster than normal. It can be as simple as keeping her feet warmer with socks and or slippers.
