Yep, I sure do. Just like the stripper who falsely accused the Duke LaCrosse team should be.
Anyone who makes a false rape accusation should be prosecuted for slander.
Elizabeth.. 16 is age of consent in many places. If it was rape, why is he not in jail? A JURY decided that the girls were liars.
So, YOU are wrong, it's not rape because a JURY found him not guilty. Your continued insistence that it was rape will open you up to lawsuits. Be very careful, you never know who knows who.

Really?!! It's suspected that the two girls were making that up? I hadn't heard that. I wonder if there is a website that talks about that. I'll have to 'search' it.
The scumbag had already been in jail for raping a 12 year old back in the early 90's. He loses all credibility after learning of something like that and yes, the girls are under 18, so it would technically be statutory rape anyway. How sick!

Don't think you will ever see that because the term "they lied" is something that the defense said the acquittal was not verification of that. Its more proof that defense counsels can pack a jury with morons who are not in touch with reality. This was a southern jury who most likely gave a verdict based on they did not like the girls and did not care about the registered sex offender. They will never be prosecuted, nor will the sex offender (who is in prison for other crimes) going to sue them because he knows that one, he did at least most of the things they alleged and that he would not trust finding another stupid jury. He had a hostage bunker he built behind his trailer that he says was stocked with drugs so he could have consensual sex with underage girls. He dodged a bullet in this trial, don't think he is going to try that kind of longshot luck again.

They didn't lie. Statutory Rape. And no they should not be prosecuted. If they really did lie then they should get some sentencing. But he got off. I believe those girls just like the PROSECUTOR's believed and still do believe them. Why would those girl's be in that dungeon to begin with? I don't necessarily believe that he took them from their rooms. But I do think he did kidnap them and had sex with them. Weather it be Force Rape or Statutory rape.

Although they were 17 at the time, it was proven to be consensual sex. The girls did it to get into the underground room for drugs. There were a lot of "wrongs" done here, on both sides. Look at pictures of this guy. He's scrawny. How is he going to DRAG two 17 year old girls out of their rooms (even one at a time)without someone hearing them.

I hate to burst your bubble but it was rape. The girls are 17, underage, so it is statutory rape. They cannot consent to sex at that age. This whole thing is a farce, he should be locked away for good.

I think anyone who falsely accuses another of rape should be given the same sentence as a convicted rapist.
