This was my favorite as a young girl, but I can't remember the name. It was about a little girl that traveled the world looking for the rainbow colored flower. She traveled with a cat and a dog and she had a mirrored compact. She was able to pick a flower and open the compact and her outfit would change to help her in whatever situation she was in. Sounds cheesy, but it was my favorite. I watched it in the mid-80's maybe.

sailor moon had a cat and had a mirror that changed her clothes(as do all the other sailor people) that is the only one I can think of other than Card Captors or fullmoon, btu full moon doesn't have any mirrors(atleast I don't hink) IT IS SAILOR MOON!!!!
