There are 4 girls and 1 other guy here in the office. Not to mention my boss also likes to walk around and check our work. WHAT SHOULD I DO??????

Look at the person next to you and make a face like, "Do you smell that?" then look at the other guy next to you as if to say, "I think he dealt it."

First of all, was it a fart that was loud or was it a "silent but deadly?" I'd suggest if they heard it and knew it was you, that you just say something like, "wow, I really shouldn't have eaten that last helping of beans last night!" Definitely apologize too and if it happens again, excuse yourself and go to the restroom. Just laugh it off because it happens to all of us. If they don't know for sure it was you, just act as innocent as possible and ask later if anyone knows who let that nasty fart?

Ask your boss if he's been to the new Mexican restaurant that you saw the 4 girls going to today because a couple of them were complaining of a stomache ache.
