My guess is going to be Contemporary. However, you may also be thinking of Grand Floridian. Both Contemporary and Grand Floridian are deluxe resorts and both offer the monorail for transportation as well as buses. Grand Floridian is the most expensive resort on property, then Contemporary and Polynesian run a little less. Boardwalk or Yacht and Beach are also white, but not quite as big as the other two. All are deluxe resorts, I don't think you are thinking of any of the value or moderate resorts. But I would look into the resorts I listed and see if that is what you are looking for. I would first check Grand Floridian and then Contemporary.
As far as Florida resident rates, it just depends on when you will be going, time of year, if they offer anything, which resort etc. The best thing to do is call Disney or your travel agent and ask them if the rates are out for your dates and if so, how much they are.
Hope this helps!

The Grand Floridian resort and spa. It is the most expensive resort on Disney property, I am pretty sure. Or you may be talking about the Contemporary, which is the resort where the monorail goes right through the middle of it. Both are deluxe resorts. If you want pricing, go to disneyworld.com and you can get a quote. Florida residents do get a discount, although I don't know what it is.

You must mean the Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa which is located near Magic Kingdom. This is a very nice deluxe resort so the rates will generally be high, . For resort information and rates you should visit the official Disney World website, here is the link:
http://www.disneyworld.com
or call (407) WDW-MAGIC (939-6244)
Hope that helps. Have Fun!
