I am 6 months pregnant and the babys daddy is in jail and going to be there for 2 1/2 years. well i want to stay sex free until he gets out, is that stupid??? i really love him. he says he wants to get a tattoo of my name and 2 pot leaves beside it. he says he wants to spend the rest of his life with me also.

You have to make the best decision for you and your baby. First what is he going to do when he gets out of jail besides sit around and think you are going to take care of him. I am going to tell you from experience that most guys get out of jail and go live with someone else. They only tell you in the beginning that they love you so that they will have someone around to put money on their books and to visit them. You are going to do what you want so I am going to tell you this a baby changes your life forever. Once that baby is in your arms things become different, make the right decision for the three of you not just the two of you.

Well that is your choice. If you love him enough to stay sex free while he is in jail then do it. You did not say why he was in jail for 2 1/2 years. Are you sure you want to waste your life waiting for him or that you want to raise the baby by yourself ? Is he the kind of man that you would want to stay with and have around your baby? No one can tell you what to do...you have to decide for yourself. Sorry.

That is NOT stupid! It's kind of stupid that you would even THINK that is stupid! You'd be a very wise girl to not have sex with anyone else while the man you love is in jail if you want to stay in a commited relationship with him!! Sorry you're having to go through this on your own....I would ask yourself tho..is this man worth waiting for?? He's in jail for over 2yrs still....and who's to say he'll change for the better when he's let free. To put your name tattoo'd on him is a nice thing to do but with the 2 pot leaves beside it...what does that tell you?? I would say he's more inlove with his drugs than anything else.
It's entirely up to you if you want to stay in this relationship..and not set yourself free from this person and move on with your life and your new baby., to give this child a good life*=you need to make better choices in your life*

that is stupid. u r in a terrible situation and the only reason he is saying all that is so u r alone while he is on the inside, he doesnt want u to move on cause then u will know how much better u can do. also the pot leaves what does that have to do with love? he sounds like a real winner. what is he in for anyway? i smoke weed but would not think it was cool for a guy to tattoo my name on him with pot leaves. That may be a good idea or may not it all depends on the way your relationship was before he went to jail if it was good then wait if not then dont listen to him guys in jail will tell you anything to get you to do things for them when they are locked up

Whoa, sounds like you are dating a true loser. In jail, not married to his child's mother, wants a tattoo of a woman's name between two pot leaves. I would just jet if I were you. And remember, he is in jail. You may stay sex free, but he is going to be getting plenty of action from the bigger men in the block.

what do u think after he get out of the jail? Can he get a stable job n financially support u n your baby? Do u think u would have future with him?
