Funny, I was just talking this morning about this kind of piercing with my cousin. I got mine done a few years ago, and it didn't hurt ehen I first got it done, but the healing hurt forr a few months. My cousin said hers hurt for like 6 months. This is the reason I chose not to get my nose pierced.

In my experience, it didn't get infected at all but it hurt like crazy for months afterward. My right ear especially (I have both sides pierced) hurt for a long time afterwards. But it all depends on you and how much pain you can tolerate. No hole you put in your body is going to be pain free.

Nope, just a little pinch and as long as you clean it won't get infected. Had mine done back when I was in High School

no, they don`t really hurt...there`s about as much chance of infection as with the normal ear piercing...if u take care of it, it should be fine...

It's just like getting poked anywhere else. No more chance of infection than anywhere else.
