MCL is a non-profit responsible for Toys for Tots, sending packages to troops overseas and helping with the rehabilitation of wounded soldiers. We are obviously holding a raffle to raise some extra funds for our endeavers. I need to know what the best way to get a good deal is. Should I call travel agencies or, perhaps, the hotels themselves? Please do not suggest Expedia or similar sights. I need to book something that has some flexibility so that the person who wins can use it at their convenience. Thanks for all your help.

Call the hotel directly and ask for the front-desk manager. Explain what you need, and see if they can help you, or if they can transfer you to whom you need. Some may want your request in writing, so ask to whom that gets sent.

probably a gift certificate of some kind you can use online or at alocal travel agency is your best bet.
