you want to stay with him all the time. you talk to him about your problems and just won't give him space. and you can change by trying to give him some space. he is not going to leave you if he still cares for you. so just give the boy some air and let him know that you still care for him and stand back alittle. And learn to trust him.

He is trying to tell you that while he cares for you he also needs space. You must be right on his heels all the time and won't let him do anything by himself. Let him go some places by himself or with some of his buddies. When you go somewhere together do not stay at his side the whole time like you are afraid he will be gone when you come back. In other words back off a little.

Don't feel like you always have to be around him. If you go to a party or something as a couple, you don't need to be joined at the hip--make sure each other is having fun once in a while, but there is nothing wrong with you two having fun separately. And give him some time to be alone or with his boys--just quit being around so much. He still likes you, but he's starting to overdose.
You are making him feel like too much of his life is about you. Later in your relationship a lot of your life should be about each other, but when you are starting out, you need to take it slow and each be your own person. When you are more comfortable together, you'll start growing together. Rush things and you'll start annoying each other.

When he says that you are too clingy, he is more than likely trying to say that he likes you, but you are moving faster than he would like to at this time. He's not saying that he doesn't like you or care about you, he just needs to have more alone time. If you call him 10 times a day, he only wants you to call twice and after that, he doesn't want you to call him unless he calls you. It's just a thing that guys go through when they aren't really sure what's going on. He's trying to weigh his optins.

How to change it? BACK OFF dont always feel the need to be next to him or with him let him do his own thing and you do yours. When you are at a social event go your own way and dont expect him to be your only source of conversation or entertainment

I know what your going through cause i was clingy towards a ex-boy friend of mine and he treated me like crap he didnt wanna hang out as much. Then my next bf i backed off and let him have his freedom and now he's the one wanting to kiss and hug and spend time together. I like this role alot better... just back off a little and it will make him want you more.

It could mean that he's embarrased by your attentions in public, or it could mean that he wants out. Either way, the previous advice is good: back off. In fact, you might want to write this guy off as practice and see if you can find someone less complaining. Don't worry - there are plenty of guys to try out before you get serious about anyone.

it means you're just a little too attached to him, just think what does the word Cling mean to be stuck on something, So unattach yourself just practice on giving him some breathing room, give him a little space, Let him call or text you sometimes or let him wanna spend time with you, just relax and let him come to you, trust me no one likes to be in a relationship with someone who's too clingy Good luck!

well maybe if he could satisfy you then you wouldn't always be clinging.
you should say "hey, i'm a girl and your my boyfriend, so if i want to call a man or sit by a man or hold a man's hand then it is your responcibilty to make sure i have a man to do it with"
he's trying to turn it around and put it on you. he's basically saying " you love me to much"
oh, poor him, you should do him a favor and un-cling. surely there is a man out there that can handle all the clingin' you got

It seems like he isnt ready to commit to you if he was he would want you to want to be around him and with him all the time but some guys are diffrent and like there space if you love him then maybe you can figure out a away to talk it out there is always a solution for everything so just sit down with him and talk about it
