I would look at the ambient air sensor. and the temp sensor. There are two temp sensors on this car one for the temp gauge and the other for the engine control computer. I am thinking that the computer has no clue how warm the car is and is dumping too much fuel into a hot motor. Have you checked actual fuel pressure when the car is cold and when it starts doing this to see if there is a drop. Maybe the pump is acting up after running a while.. It is a motor in the fuel tank and they can do what you discribe when hot. They start to skip a beat or two. The only true way is put a fuel pressue gauge on the line and check it when cold and again when it starts doing its thing.

Check the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS). It sound like it allowing the car to run Rich, which is OK when it cold. It like an old Choke on a car that not turn off when the car warm up and it start running rough. Some Parts stores like AutoZone may be able to check it or tell you how. Some need removed to check, pay attention how it mounted when you remove as it Spring Loaded and need to be put back so it in the proper position.
