Is this book by Frances R. Sterrett a rare find?

I came across this book by Frances R. Sterrett - The Jam Girl 1914 and I lookd it up on eBay and the only seller has one for $150.00 Is this book that rare? I tryed to contact the seller about it but I have not yet heard from her.

Now that is gonna drive me crazy teddybear said I should keep a hold of it why? is it worth alot of money?

It depends on your particular copy of the book. Is it a first edition? Is it in good condition? Things like that matter a lot in the antiquarian book field.
