I have to visit a friend in a week, and she lives in TN. I want to get tan before I go so I don't feel self concious about my pale legs. Would it be okay to use the sunless tanner and a tanning bed? Or would it turn out looking fake?

well, inside the tanning bed u can only use lotions specifically formulated for indoor use, because some of the regular lotions contain ingredients (mineral oil, etc.) that damage the acrylic of the bed...but u could use the natural glow to enhance the color of your tan after using the bed, as a moisturizer...

No, actually tanning is horrible for scars since it damages the skin it can't repair itself the way it needs to do to fade scarring. Mederma or any other scar treatment will actually work to fade the scarring but it needs to be used 3-4 times a day EVERY day for 3-4 months for full results. While it will TEMPORARILY help acne in the long run it actually makes it much worse by thickening the skin making it more prone to clogging. It's not worth it, tanning has been proven to cause cancer and premature aging and it's not going to 'help' the problems you think you have. If you want a little color just get a spray tan (Neutrogena has an awesome one that you can take with you to reapply while on your trip, awesome natural looking color).

It'd be ok. I've had to do that too! Just make sure you use a tanning lotion in the tanning bed that is approved for tanning bed usage.

I think if u use a light sunless tanner and don't use it to much it would look good. and use that before you go tanning.
