is it possible to get a nintendo DS roms and emulator? if so where can i find the site? which is the best emulater to use. which site has the most currently released game. like pokemon pearl and diamond ( if you who where i can get these game say the site. i want those games)

Roms and emulaters are not illegal, you dont go to jail for it, unless you sold it to another company. and nintendo cant sue certain sites who distributes these games. It's not illegal anymore, unless you sell them, why do you think sites give them to gamers for free

I don't think that it is possible to get a DS emulator or DS roms. In terms of processing power the DS is about equal to the N64, whose emulator is a little dodgy itself. I have myself never run across a DS emulator, and if there is one, it is very likely that you will never be able to find any roms for it.
If there is, in fact, a site with what you seek, I am not sure someone here will be able to tell you where it is, because pointing you to that very illegal way to go is probably against some sort of guidelines.

Well without breaking a law or two there is no way. The best way that is legal too is to get a Wii and connect to the net go to the VC and buy the games there. Wont be Nintendo DS but will be legal and just as fun.
