Huh? I've got no idea what your world is. Are you saying you are scared, paranoid and lifeless? Ouch - doesn't sound like such a great place.
Not so much a question about whether or not I could handle it, so much as "do I want to?" A big part of life is about knowing who you are, being comfortable in your own skin, and not feeling the need to apologize for not doing things that are optional if they don't interest you. Without knowing what, exactly, your world is, I can only say if I'm not hanging in it, it's because I like where I am hanging.
