YES!!! i agree w/ TF Srox why cheat??? there is no reason for if you decide to be in a relationship you have some respect for your significant other and stay commited if you really have real feelings for that person if you are going to passionately kiss someone else stop the relationship and then you'll be free to flirt w/ who ever you want w/o hurting someone else.

Unless you and your partner have an arrangement that allows suck things, kissing is cheating. In fact, I think is the biggest betrayal. Anyone can get drunk and have sex. Passionate kissing takes thought and feeling and it is enjoyed on the most sensual level. Sorry, definitely cheating.
