I beleive the couple moved to Australia, but I cannot confirm that either

I cannot find any information about a Prince Peter Paul in Holland or the Netherlands. There is a Prince Pieter Christiaan (nephew of Queen Beatrix) - that may be who you're thinking of. He married Anita van Eijk in 2005 and still lives in the Netherlands.
