For a variety of reasons, wearing high heels is dangerous while driving, especially while driving a scooter. Your feet can easily slip off or get caught on the accelerator and get you into an accident fast.
Also, shoes like that, open toed, ouch... Would hate to hit a small rock or something and get that hitting my toes.
Just asking for trouble in shoes like that. Save the sexy shoes for when you arrive somewhere, not when you are riding.

I do drive in heels -cars, that is. If I were to ride a scooter in heels I would probably crash. But then again, I've never ridden a scooter, so I would crash in sneakers, flats or barefoot anyway.

As long as they can drive in them it doesn't seem like a problem. I personally never do it just because I actually crashed my car yesterday because I was wearing flip flop and my shoe got caught. But if I knew I wouldn't kill myself, yes I would.

probably OK...but if I were the girl, I would be worried about trashing the heel of the shoe. your second shot shos the heel and it is all mangled and beat up. I would probably wear different shoes instead.
