There have been some rumors that WWE might pull Orton off the card at Backlash because of his attitude problems so the likely outcome would be a Triple Threat Match for the WWE Title. WWE would not replace him at this late stage, coming up to the PPV in a week's time

With the way pro sports are cracking down on athletes who screw up outside of work, it wouldn't surprise me if WWE makes an expample out of Orton. If he is bumped from the match at Backlash, it would be cool to see and ECW guy get a shot to be in the match. Maybe RVD or CM Punk.

Orton May or May not be at backlash. He was sent home from Europe for $30,000 of damage to a hotel room where he was found passed out and will probably not be at raw tonight. Whether or Not he will be working the ppv sunday is still unclear.

From what i heard he trashed a hotel room in Germany costing the WWE thousands and they sent his *** back to the states there's no word yet if he's out of this Sunday's Backlash PPV

Looks like he is being punished and could possibly be released soon. He has some behavioral problems especialy to some of the women in the lockerroom. He was just kicked off the European tour.

I'm not sure. I've heard that after the incident he'll be suspended or released, but I think the match may go on as scheduled.
I hope Edge wins it all....

Would it even matter. Cause Vengence features Cena, Taker and Lasley as champions. So Cena is retaining. Orton would just be waisting his breath.

i don't think he will be there. the wwe will play it off somehow. it will probably be a triple threat match with cena vs. edge vs. shawn michaels.
