Hello,
Yes mice can climb very well, they can also squeeze through gaps that look impossibly small, they will be attracted to your hamster cage because of the feed in there and, although may not directly harm the hamster, they carry disease and infections that could prove fatal.
Do you have another friend who doesn't have mice?
Hope this helps.

Yes they can climb. If there is ANY way up to the 'high place', like if it's on top of a wardrobe or cabinet or if there's a cable hanging down from it, the mouse can get to it.
However, I don't think the mouse will go near your hamster as mice are intelligent enough to know when they're outmatched - they're not predatory animals and will therefore avoid confrontation!

Yes mice can climb and manage to get in anywhere. I wouldn't have thought that the mouse would be interested in the hamster especially if it is in the cage. Perhaps for peace of mind you would be better to leave the hamster at home and get your friend to go in and feed it. I hope you get this sorted.

to help her catch the mouse in the humane trap tell her to put a table spoon of peanut butter in it. as for the hamster. the mouse will climb up to the cage to get to food but i don't think it would hurt the hamster at all.

Mice can definitely climb. Have you seen the size of them though - a mouse would crap it's pants if it saw a hamster. they might be attracted by it's food though.
I doubt very much that putting a trap will stop it - very unlikely that there's only one!

they can climb - the mouse will be very interested in the hamsters food rather than the hamster !!
I would ask her to come to yours to feed him or ask a neighbour to help instead

Mice can climb and jump really high- but it won't do your hamster any harm- if indeed it wanted to go near it at all.

they are able to climb approximately any element. and that they in good shape by way of any hollow that their heads can get by way of. if your mouse is tame, you ought to objective to pay attention for it after the homestead quiets down, in step with possibility you are able to hit upon it by utilising listening to it, and easily scoop it up?
