I have the luck that when in a hurry I get stopped by a train. My town is divided east to west by train tracks. I always get caught when in a hurry. The length of the wait is commensurate with the importance of the appointment. I was 35 minutes late to a Specialist that I had waited 6 weeks to see. Since I was late I had to wait till the end of the day, 1 1/2 hours to see the doctor.

And if it's not a learner driver then every traffic light to your destination is red. I hate it when this happens - every night I'm in a mad rush to get to my daughters play centre before 7 (they charge a £1 a min if your late) and you can guarantee the lights are red - or the slowest driver in the world is in-front of me.

The vast majority of people running late are doing so as a result of their own lack of proper time management.

Leave 15 minutes sooner and the problem will be eliminated.
Works for ME. I NEVER worry about slow drivers, and since I don't need to hurry, I have become one of the slow drivers.

No, I get behind a "Learned" driver who has been driving for 60 years and doesn't have the strength to press the gas pedal down far enough to reach 55 mph.

You should remember one simple fact - once you were that learner and be a little tolerant. If you have to rush leave a few minutes earlier rather than expecting everyone else to clear your way.
