I want to report my brothers in law that live in the house because they are bad people? will they pick up them

OK...are they being physically violent towards you or your children? If they are call the police
Who owns the house? What is the name or names on the lease? If it is your husbands and not yours they you can not kick them out.
Do you know if they are guilty of a crime? Then call the police
If they are illegal aliens then I would go to the police...explain the situation and they will put you in contact with the right people.
This still doesn't solve the problem you obviously have with your husband since you can't get him to acknowledge that they are not good for your relationship. You should tell him that the children are suffering too. If none of that works. I'd think long and hard about whether your marriage is good for you and/or the kids. Maybe it's time to just get out.

INS will not do anything.
If they are breaking the law you need to call the non-emergency phone number at the local police dept and make a report.

You're blaming your brothers in law for your marriage problems? It's not their fault, it's your fault. If they're living with you, you should have kicked them out. You allowed them to stay with you, you allowed the situation that created stress in your life, and you allowed them to take advantage of you. If you're having problems in your marriage, look in the mirror for the cause. The solution will also begin in the same place.

You can probably just report them to the local police or sheriffs office and they will come and pick them up.

No, they really won't have time for that unless it is a domestic violence.You could talk to your husband on what you feel is not good about them.Marriage is all about ups and downs.Nothing can be better than pouring ur utmost feelings to your husband who is responsible for you and your kids welfare.

I guess if you call INS (ICE) and tell them there are illegals there, they would come. Not sure. But they would take everyone who is illegal.
