theres a few mental institutions that have great programs for future shooters actually.

all the same places normal people can go to be befriended...

making a gathering place for em (which already kind of exists with the internet) may just encourage their delusions and motivate em...

Many nice Bars have friendly people. You go and start talking and make friends. They may not be a running buddy, but, at the Bar everyone know your name.
