Well here is a cop out answer...

Never, there are only 8 planets....

But other then that, over a enough time they will eventually come into alignment, I can't tell you when but it's bound to happen at some point, don't hold your breath it won't happen in your or your great great grandchildren's life times. We can use software to run a model to see then they will be aligned, but even that will just be a rough prediction.

to start of your question, pluto is not a planet anymore becuase it's orbit intersects with neptune's oribt and it is not massive enough. No, it is highly unlikly that the planets will line up becuase they all have different sppeds depending on their orbits around the sun.

Never in a million years. They are never EXACTLY in line, but even approximately in line will not happen any time in the next million years.
