No. I grew up, as a teen, during the time when kids were killing kids here in the US the most and I saw many bad young people die, and many good ones.
No, bad people die young sometimes.

Yeah, because the world is a terrible place, meaning the good die off, and are replaced by the bad. Terrible, but somewhat true.

It can never be true or false. If you don't look for it, death is absolutely arbitrary. But, there's something... I guess that bad people with problems of conscience may have more stress and being stressed and nervous can seriously affect health....so, if this was true, the bad are the ones that should die first. besos!
