I need a llist of 800 numbers. How can I contact Ebay re a payment.?

I'm new to Ebay and maybe I didn't do something correctly to pay a bill. My information is not being accepted. I'd just like to call Ebay and purchase an item with my credit card. It seems easier, although I think I have to pay with my Ebay account. Help. I'm confused.

E-bay does not sell items, the auctioneers (sellers) do. You would need to contact the seller of the item that you purchased. If you look at the item you purchased, there is a sellers name there. Just click on the name and you can send the seller a message asking them what method of payment is acceptable.
Also, there is a section on the bottom of every auction that explains the method of payments that are allowed for purchasing items.

If you bought something from ebay- you need to pay the seller personally- whatever they accept. If you are paying ebay for fees - then they will just put it on your credit card that you used to sign up for ebay - or you could pay with paypal. (if you are new to ebay- paypal is a great thing to get- then you just pay for purchased out of your checking account -if you list your checking account when you sign up for paypal).

Open a Paypal Account. You will find it very convenient to pay the item, and receive payment from item you sell.

You may have to sign up for pay-pal.
Look around in the "my account" link and you should be able to track a number down, or a customer service e-mail address.

you have to be the highest bidder first then open a pay pal account with you cread card.
