my boyfriend has taken so much credit in his business n is struggling to repay it.. to make matters worse he suffered another huge loss today..he's completely finished.
this bad phase has been goin for around 4yrs. He has completely lost hope now. Im still studying, so thrs nothin i can do to help him.
what do i do?

Just stay with him and prove him that by hook or crook you still there in his side no matter what. Give him encouraging words that is true to your heart. And if you can help him to find solution, suggest it... and if none refer to my advice above.

You gotta help him through it, even if just with encouragement. Make him see he needs to get a related job where he can kind of stay in touch with the business in case the occasion ever arises where he can afford to get back in at a more opportune time.

"Stand by your man..."
Maybe this just wasn't the right career for him. Be encouraging, don't let him fall into feeling sorry for himself for any lengthy period. Let him know you believe in him, and that he's very capable of taking care of everything. Help him to take his losses and do the best he can with them. Take what he's learned from it, and apply the lessons to future endeavors.

File for bankruptcy and rebuild. Or u can work part time, if possible, and help out. Best is to direct him to a financial adviser. Nothing you can do but stand by him.

if it were me, i wouldn't try to "fix" the boyfriend's financial problems. he needs to work it out on his own.
it's technically not your problem, although i can see you might feel badly for him. there is not much you CAN do.
if he has such financial problems and can't manage money, don't marry him.
