"Can this question be answered? "------Yes it can.
"If I tell you that I lie all the time, am I telling the truth?"------No you aren't.
"But if its true"------Which it isn't.
"then I would be lying"------Which you are.
"that I lie all the time"------Which you don't.
"by telling you the truth"------Which you didn't.
"which still makes me a liar"------But not all the time.
"for telling the truth"------Which you didn't.
"that I lie all the time"------Which is a lie.

At the very end of the day, you are a liar. Because when you tell the truth saying that you lie all the time, it proves that you lie all the time. Telling the truth doesn't make you a " truther " or something but telling a lie makes you a liar. You are a liar when you've told lies even when you tell one truth.

If you tell me that you lie all the time, it's a lie. The truth is that you only lie some of the time, including this time.

This is a very old trick used in bad Science Fiction stories to make robots' brains explode.
No, you're not supposed to answer the question. It only exists to illustrate the limitations of applying absolute logic to the real world. It's designed to make you suspicious of absolute statements.
It's meant to illustrate the difference between a logical map and the real world.
A realistic application of this paradox in the real world might be: You're attempting to buy a house through a particular real estate agent. The real estate agent foolishly tells you that everything she says is a lie. She then tells you that the house you want to buy passed it's termite inspection and there's an invisible olympic sized swimming pool in the back yard. Get a new real estate agent.

Since I'm a very logical person, I considered that your statement that you lie all the time might be an exaggeration, but was still enough to convince me that no reasonable reliance could be placed on anything you say without concrete proof, and therefore stopped reading at that point.

So there you go, you are never going to win - the truth is only in the ear of the one who perceives it anyway. One man's truth is another man's lie. So what is the truth anyway?

The question can be answered only if the "all the time" is not to be taken literally.
