Can any one explain the 7 habits of highly effective people . by Steven Covey?

I have to write a paper about Habit 3 and Im stuck on a trying to come up with a introduction for that habit. Habit three is Puting first things first.

I have already read the book and the paper is part of a group project. The part I have is talking about habit three. Someone eles in my group is talking about the time management part and plus the matrix. Im so confused on where to start.
