You hit it right on the nose man. Don't let any "sheep" tell you otherwise.

I didnt really understand your question but from what i undersatand,I believe they are treated as a nation of toys,or just a big investment on the way they live their lives. The music and the telivision are just examples of what they invested in,there are people that use the world as their playground and consider others as lower beings in society simply because they can afford to do so

Not that I don't love paranoia, social engineering, and conspiracy theory as much as the next guy (presuming the next guy is someone like David Icke) (in other words, a lot), but your question basically boils down to, "Why don't my fellow citizens in USA agree with my every belief and opinion, irregardless of how minor or irrational?"
And the answer is, they have their own beliefs and opinions. And in the long run, they are no better or worse than yours. You, on the other hand, put way too much faith in the "truth" of your own system. Guess what? People are allowed to disagree with you, and you may even be wrong on some matters. Get over yourself.

In reality if you travel around the world you will many people in many countries with their own set of illusions and delusions.
Even if you go and hang out with different groups of people in the US, you will find that there will be whole range of different delusions.
We construct a view of the world. In reality the complexity is such that our constructions need to be fairly simplistic.
Let me give you one example, many people in Western countries would be very surprised at the peaceful and charitable nature of Islam. Interestingly enough, the great multi-cultural, scientific religious city of Bagdad was destroyed by fellow muslims, of the intolerant kind. Now try explain to a Muslim this issue of intolerant Islam, and they will be just as shocked and disbelieving.
Further, why do you believe that so many in the US are mislead. You never provided any examples.
The US is a democracy, and while those who speak their mind may be attacked, it is the courage to speak that preserves democracy. Go out, learn, debate, inform and teach.

I think the question prooves it all. It isn't that people are mislead, it's that they are different. The thought that just because someone doesn't do the same things as you is wrong, is a common thing to see. I think that asking the question is seen as mislead to the people you are asking about. In any case, the way people act is due to the way they grow up. Media can have a serious influnce, but the strongest impact on someone's life, is the life that their parents give them.
P.S. Good question!
