I planted several begonias in front of my mobil home last early summer.. it looks like they are returning.. is this possible?!

YES! I have had some for 4 years now. They die back after the frost and then sprout in the spring. They are better each year too. I live in Austin, TX where it doesn't freeze hard enough to kill the roots, and I assume you are in a mild climate as well.

I was surprised and very pleased to see them come back. I keep some mulch over them in the winter just in case and they do great. Just keep slugs away using Slug-O Slug Bait and control, it's safe and works.

Cool!! They root easily in a clear container of water too. Takes about a week. Have fun!

Yes if they aren't froze to the core, they can come back year after year.good luck with them.Water them...

They may have successfully wintered over due to our mild winter and proximity to your home. consider yourself blessed.
