Yes, they can be planted right now. Spring started a bit late in Georgia. It is just starting to feel like spring.

Normally, 2 weeks after the last chance of frost. I am in Zone 7 and planted mine two weeks ago and had a frost 3 days later. Luckily I got them covered in time.

I think it's safe to plant now. I believe the cold has gone for good! I'm gonna plant mine this weekend!
