I agree with highlight...whatshisname. This is World War III. Allow me to explain. The Muslim fascists have begun their campaign to take over the world thorough the use of terror.
So far they have successfully attacked many countries throughout the world and their interests. One could argue that they have already defeated some of these countries. Let's take Spain for example. By using coordinated attacks against civilian targets just before an election, the terrorists have effectively removed the conservative government that opposed them and installed a socialist one that immediately withdrew and no longer opposes them.
Spain is for all practical purposes neutralized. They are attempting to do this to many other countries. If America abandons it's mission in Iraq and turns that country over to the terrorists, our allies will no longer feel they can rely on our
support so they will also withdraw and the terrorists will be unopposed.
Then it is simply a matter of dictating to those countries what they must do if they do not want any further attacks. Most will comply allowing the terrorists to concentrate their resources on those who do not. Imagine the power this gives them. What if they insist those other nations stop trade with us? What if they insist those other nations trade only with countries they designate? What if they insist those countries keep their military resourses away from the terrorists area of operations?
Once the U.S. is completely isolated, they can consentrate on us. How many civilian deaths will we take before many on our side seek to make a deal?

If you mean what will cause the next front in Bush's war on terror, then the answer is simple.
Iran is the target because their government is suspected of funding the ongoing civil war in Iraq. The US military is busy gathering enough iron clad evidence to make the case.
The reason will be simple. They are exporting terror.

The War on Terror is WWIII! Think about it:
Hundreds of armies, multiple continents, lots of destruction, most major nations involved/affected.
Some people think that the Cold War and wars that were caused by it were acually WWIII and that the War on Terror is WWIV.
