Whatever I could understand from your incomplete Q is that she is not ready to stay with you.
If you did something, say sorry from your heart for once and that should solve the problem.
If you repeatedly did something that she doesn't like, then I'm afraid, you are lieing, when you say, she is your soulmate and you love her. My diagnosis then is that you love that thing more than the relationship you are having with her and if this is true then you'll have to choose between that and wifey dear. If that thing/ habit is so dear then that will also help you in letting her go and for good.
Decision is yours.

drop her and find yourself a young submissive wife. If you can't find one at home, find a foreigner.
