Are you eating too quickly? I love my food and tend to eat it really quickly and gorge big mouthfuls like it's my last meal!! You just have to slow down and try drinking peppermint tea with or after the meal. You are gulping down too much air and this is the rumbling in your tummy. The indigestion is the food not being chewed enough and is sitting in big clumps in your stomach making it harder to digest.

u are eating too hot, steaming hot food ,eating too fast and just throwing in.you must be relaxed, chew as much as you can but no one does it 32 times,do not take too much air and eat with the mouth closed.drink plenty water 40 minutes before or after meals and not with it.eat plenty raw salads and lightly cooked best if steamed and avoid spicy and fried food.Come back and let us know how it worked.
