The usual suspects will be paraded out.
Their success with partial birth abortion will fuel some inroads with the extremists.
The failure to pass any meaningful same sex marriage laws.
The fear of terrorism.
The continuing empty promises to support faith based charities.
And a new possibility: attacks against christianity by the evil logic of science.
Oh, and don't forget those evil tax increases the democrats always have in store for the rich and middle class.
These chestnuts, along with the standard attack ads against any and all democratic candidates will bombard the airwaves any day now.

First off, how is it wrong to protect the sanctity of what is defined as the legal union of a man and woman as husband and wife? This union was actually created under religous principles. The next thing you know, you'll have prostitutes claiming they have the right to privacy and can do with their bodies as they will. Not to mention, they will look to file for a business liscense to make it all "legal".
Give me a break. I am sick of people passing things off as needing to be tolerated even though it is morally horrendous.
Now to your "bs issue will come up for 2008" remark. The only bs issues right now are the witch hunts going on to try and undermine the Bush Administration. When it comes to the election, Dems will do everything they can to slander the Republican canidate by trying to link them to Bush or one of his "cohorts".
